To be fully responsible for the development and implementation of the company's HR strategies, policies, and processes, providing comprehensive and efficient human resources support for business development. Through strategic human resource management, optimize organizational structure, enhance employee effectiveness and engagement, shape a high-performance culture, and effectively control labor costs. Ensure that all HR practices comply with automotive industry quality standards, ultimately driving the achievement of the company's strategic goals and the enhancement of its core competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Develop and implement annual human resources plans based on the company's development strategy and business objectives, including organizational development, talent pipeline development, and workforce budgeting.
Analyze HR data to provide decision‑making support to management, forecasting and addressing HR‑related risks.
Recruitment & Staffing
Lead and optimize the company's overall recruitment process to ensure rapid and precise fulfillment of talent needs for all positions, especially core roles in R&D, Process Engineering, Quality, and Production.
Establish and manage diverse recruitment channels and build a talent pool for critical positions.
Lead the interview, assessment, and selection process for key positions and mid‑to‑senior level managers.
Training & Development
Establish and improve the training system based on the company's strategy and identified employee competency gaps.
Prioritize and promote specialized training related to product knowledge, quality control, safety production, and lean manufacturing.
Design and implement leadership development programs for management and employee career planning systems.
Performance Management
Establish and continuously optimize a performance management system oriented towards value streams and objectives.
Lead the annual/quarterly performance appraisal process, ensuring performance management effectively drives business growth and employee improvement.
Guide department managers in conducting performance review meetings and track the implementation of performance improvement plans.
Compensation & Benefits & Employee Relations
Be responsible for the annual review, adjustment, and optimization of the compensation system to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Manage employee benefit programs to enhance job satisfaction and sense of belonging.
Establish and maintain positive, healthy employee relations, handle complex employee complaints and labor disputes, ensuring company actions comply with the "Labor Law" and other relevant laws and regulations.
Lead employee satisfaction surveys and develop action plans for improvement.
Corporate Culture & Employee Engagement
Promote corporate culture building aligned with company values, organize employee activities to enhance team cohesion.
Monitor and improve employee engagement, implement effective talent retention strategies to reduce attrition of core employees.
HR Compliance & System Management
Ensure all human resources policies and processes comply with national, local laws and regulations, and automotive industry standards.
Be responsible for the establishment, maintenance, and internal/external auditing of the human resource management system.
Be responsible for the standardized management of personnel files, labor contracts, etc.
Team Management & Department Development
Lead the human resources team, define roles and responsibilities, develop subordinates' professional capabilities, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the team.
Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years of experience as an HR Manager or in an equivalent position within the automotive or automotive parts industry being mandatory.
Familiarity with HR requirements within the IATF 16949 quality system is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
Proficient in all HR functional modules and capable of systemic integration.
Familiar with national and local labor laws, regulations, and related policies.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution abilities.
Possess strong data analysis skills and systematic thinking.
Leadership & Influence:
Ability to effectively drive change and establish credibility across departments.
Strategic Thinking:
