Recruiting Coordinator
located in
Dallas, TX.
Reporting to the
Recruiting Manager,
the
Recruiting Coordinator’s
role is responsible for coordinating recruitment activities and providing administrative support related to talent acquisition.
What a typical day looks like:
Posts and updates job postings across various job boards and recruiting channels
Schedules phone, virtual, and onsite interviews with candidates for hiring managers
Drafts and extends offer letters for candidates
Initiates pre-employment screenings as needed
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
Assists with new hire orientation and new hire paperwork, as needed
Attends, participates, and coordinates job fairs and recruiting events
Provides staffing updates to hiring managers including status of open positions and candidates within the hiring process
Performs other duties as assigned
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year minimum experience in an administrative support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software familiarity (or the ability to quickly learn recruitment systems)
