Salcines Law is a fast‑growing boutique real‑estate and litigation firm in Coral Gables, known for providing a white‑glove, concierge experience to every client. We’re looking for a Client Intake Specialist to be the welcoming voice that greets new clients and guides them through the first step of their legal journey. This is a full‑time, in‑office role that offers hands‑on training, room for advancement, and a team‑oriented environment that values both growth and heart. When clients reach out to us, they’re often facing the most challenging times of their lives. Losing their homes. Facing credit card lawsuits, buying or selling a home, resolving disputes, or protecting their investment. You’ll be the first impression of our firm, listening with empathy, asking thoughtful questions, and making each person feel understood and supported.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for new clients — answer calls warmly from the receptionist, gather information, obtain the caller’s name, enter it into CLIO software, and create a professional, reassuring experience from start to finish.

Listen carefully to each caller’s story with empathy, identify their needs, screen the potential client to make sure it’s a fit for the firm, and match them with the right attorney or service.

Manage the full intake process, including data entry, follow‑ups, and coordination with attorneys and paralegals.

Keep detailed and accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and our CRM.

Work closely with our team to continuously improve client satisfaction and streamline intake systems.

Treat every call with compassion and consistency — whether it’s Monday morning or Friday afternoon.

Qualifications Must‑Haves:

Must be fully bilingual in English/Spanish.

Must have prior law firm experience and knowledge of legal terms.

Must have prior intake experience.

Exceptional communication and active listening skills.

Professional phone presence with genuine empathy.

Detail‑oriented, organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Strong writing and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Dependable, self‑motivated, and collaborative.

Willing to work occasional evenings or weekends if needed.

Able to work alone.

Nice‑To‑Haves:

Prior experience in a customer service or intake role.

Familiarity with CLIO.
