Inside Sales Representative – Pennsylvania/Remote
Position Overview: As an Inside Sales Representative at Buildingstars, you will be the first point of contact between Buildingstars and potential customers. You will reach out to business prospects by phone, spark interest in our services, and set appointments for our Outside Sales Team.
Location: Remote – candidates must reside in the state of Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to business prospects across various industries.
Engage decision-makers and generate interest in Buildingstars’ services.
Schedule qualified appointments for Outside Sales Representatives.
Use CRM tools (e.g., NetSuite) to track calls, contacts, and lead status.
Send follow-up emails and marketing materials as needed.
Participate in weekly virtual team meetings and training sessions.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets (calls, appointments, follow-ups).
Qualifications Must Haves:
Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence.
Friendly, upbeat personality with a positive, goal-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
High school diploma or GED required.
Able to multitask between tools/screens while on calls.
Nice to haves:
1+ year experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or call center sales.
Familiarity with Gmail, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
