Regional Restaurant Manager
We are an established brand looking for a very strong regional operator who can own the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. Need to bring a personality and style that makes people believe in and want to work for you. Someone who loves being in their restaurants and elevating performance – a true road warrior!
Responsibilities
Travel frequently to assigned locations to provide visibility and determine areas of business needing improvement.
Staff, coach and develop General Managers and their teams.
Implement initiatives to increase sales and profitability and deliver results.
Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through exceptional service and food.
Role model the highest standards.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a multi‑unit leadership role with a full‑service concept.
Demonstrated success overseeing a minimum of 8 locations and developing talent internally.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing strongly preferred.
Strong background with performance management, financial acumen and problem solving.
Results‑driven leadership style with a focus on hospitality excellence.
Compensation & Benefits
A base salary of $100–$120K per year.
Strong bonus program based on sales and profitability growth.
