We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team. This position provides hands‑on support to our executive clientele through administrative management, travel coordination, and high‑touch personal assistance. Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Email Management : Coordinate schedules, appointments, and events, ensuring seamless communication and time management across multiple priorities.

Travel Coordination : Plan and manage domestic and international travel, including flight and hotel bookings, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries. Adapt quickly to last‑minute changes and anticipate needs to ensure a flawless experience.

Event & Logistics Support : Assist in planning and coordinating events, reservations, and special occasions. Liaise with vendors and partners to deliver an exceptional standard of service.

Administrative & Lifestyle Management : Support day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including correspondence, research, vendor management, and errands. Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality at all times.

Client‑Facing Professionalism : Represent Sienna Charles with grace, tact, and professionalism in every interaction—both internal and external.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant in a fast‑paced, high‑standard environment

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities

Tech‑savvy; proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and task/project management platforms

Discreet, poised, and adaptable to shifting priorities

Based in Los Angeles with ability to provide in‑person support as needed

Availability for occasional travel
