A leading investment firm is seeking an experienced and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide strategic and hands-on support to the Chief Executive Officer. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where precision, discretion, and foresight are essential. The ideal candidate will be a true right hand — capable of anticipating needs, managing shifting priorities, and ensuring seamless execution across a wide range of business and administrative activities. Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive day-to-day support to the CEO, including complex calendar management, international travel coordination, and rapid scheduling adjustments Act as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO, internal teams, investors, and external partners Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, draft correspondence, and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives Attend select meetings or calls to capture notes and action items, ensuring follow-through and accountability Organize logistics for high-level internal and external meetings, including board sessions, investor engagements, and strategic offsites Manage the CEO’s workflow, priorities, and to-do lists with exceptional attention to detail Anticipate operational and logistical needs, proactively resolving issues before they arise Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion About You / Qualifications

7+ years of experience providing senior-level executive support in a high-performance, fast-paced environment (finance, technology, or related industries preferred) Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills; thrives under pressure and adapts easily to change High emotional intelligence and sound judgment, with the ability to read the room and communicate effectively across all levels Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented—comfortable making decisions independently Strong command of modern productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Flexible, professional, and driven by a “no task too small” mentality Compensation: Base Salary $150,000 - $250,000, depending on experience Benefits & Extras
