Working alongside the Kitchen Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Cafeteria Cook who will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and replenishing essential items in the employee cafeteria.

Key Accountabilities
Preparing and cooking food in large quantities, ensuring food is prepared safely, efficiently, and according to Chef menu recipes and nutritional guidelines.
Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes upholding the safety and cleanliness according to the Stewarding Manager.
Maintains a clean and organized Cafeteria space and food storage areas.
Monitor inventory and notify supervisor when supplies are low or need ordering.
Support other kitchen staff and assist with setup and breakdown as needed.
General Requirements
Ability to communicate effectively with hotel staff, team members and managers.
Knowledge of using kitchen equipment and understanding of recipes cards
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, hygiene, and storage.
Must be fully flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and during all peak periods.
Must have an active Food Handler's Certificate.
