Executive Assistant (Part-Time, Hybrid) – Timonium, MD.
This part-time Executive Assistant role supports senior leadership for one of Maryland’s top Wealth Management businesses. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and brings sharp organizational instincts to the table— While needing a 3 day a week schedule.
Location:
Timonium (Hybrid — 3 days/week)
Schedule:
8 hours/day, flexible days
Compensation:
Market Hourly Pay – Competitive base + bonus (commensurate with experience)

You’ll be part of a collaborative admin team reporting to a senior executive, alongside a wonderful team of Admins. The team shares a strong culture of ownership, adaptability, and mutual support.
Responsibilities
Manage shared inboxes and coordinate complex calendars across executive stakeholders
Support frequent travel logistics for the investment team
Lead and assist with special projects including:
Team-building events and recognition programs
Executive slide decks and presentations
Social media coordination and internal communications
Lunches, celebrations, and ad hoc team gatherings
Stay ahead of shifting priorities and keep the team organized and informed
Communicate clearly and proactively with leadership and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
EA experience is a plus, but not required — aptitude, curiosity, and drive are key
Ability to learn quickly, think independently, and communicate effectively
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with high expectations
Familiarity with investment or finance jargon is helpful
Strong organizational skills and a knack for keeping things on track
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills
