What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage complex calendars for Senior Managing Directors and department leaders, proactively scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts
Draft, edit, and finalize internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with the employer's brand and tone
Support project coordination by tracking deliverables and preparing leaders for decision points
Act as a key liaison between Senior Managing Directors and other stakeholders, facilitating effective communication
Complete administrative and financial processes including budget tracking and invoice reconciliation
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years' experience in a similar or related role
Proven ability to communicate with clarity and professionalism across all channels
High proficiency with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based platforms for document creation and collaboration
Strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills to support senior leaders in client and stakeholder engagements
Demonstrated strength in managing multiple priorities and executing high-profile meetings and events
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a corporate environment supporting senior executives
Familiarity with AI tools and calendar automation for logistics management
Ability to prepare polished presentations and reports tailored for executive audiences
Track record of maintaining organized and accessible files for leadership reviews and external distribution
