What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage complex calendars for Senior Managing Directors and department leaders, coordinating meetings and travel across multiple time zones
Prepare leaders for meetings by compiling materials and ensuring participants have necessary information
Draft, edit, and finalize internal and external communications, ensuring alignment with the brand's tone and clarity
Support project coordination by tracking deliverables and facilitating communication across teams
Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, disseminating key updates and coordinating logistics for special projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar or related role
Proven executive-level communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive topics and maintain confidentiality
High proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital tools for document creation and scheduling
Strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset for client and stakeholder engagement
Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute high-profile meetings in fast-paced environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment
Familiarity with budget management and financial documentation
Proficiency in using AI tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiency
