HX5 is currently seeking a qualified Teamwork Cloud Systems Administrator to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract in Huntsville, AL.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform all administrative functions for Teamwork Cloud, including user management, license management, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Provide technical support and training to engineering teams on the effective use of Teamwork Cloud.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain documentation related to the Teamwork Cloud tools and processes.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of Teamwork Cloud with other systems.
Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
The successful candidate will:
Be able to quickly adapt to new situations.
Be willing to work late night maintenance windows to support patching.
Have a strong commitment to a team environment.
Have a willingness to learn new technologies.
Be able to de-conflict requests/requirements.
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
Must have 3, or more, years of Windows System Administration experience
Must have an understanding of scripting in Powershell and or Python
Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (ex: Security+)
Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Desired Requirements:
Have experience as a Teamwork Cloud Administrator
Have experience working withing Active Directory
Have experience with Kubernetes and Containerization
Have experience with Azure Kubernetes Service
Have experience with performing administrative tasks and providing support for Teamwork Cloud.
Have experience with DB2 database administration and management.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.
Other Position Requirements:
Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
Must be able to obtain the required clearance level by date of hire.
Must be able to travel, including air travel.
Must have a valid Drivers License.
