THE DAY‑TO‑DAY

Train Team:

Mentor and train Cooks, Pre Cooks, and Support kitchen staff on their job responsibilities.

Process Requisitions:

Ensure all requisitions are correctly processed and placed in the designated areas.

Ensure Quality:

Monitor food quality.

Communicate Effectively:

Collaborate with management and service staff to address any guest or employee needs.

Assist Executive Chef:

Help with purchasing, receiving, purveyor lists, and inventory management for kitchen items.

Set Goals:

Support the Executive Chef in establishing goals focused on profit, product quality, and team development.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

21 years old

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

2+ years of prior relevant experience

PAY RANGE The pay range for this role is:

$47,165.76 - $62,258.70

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
