Holiday Sales Associate (Part-Time 20‑29 hrs) – Rockefeller Center
Base pay range:
$17.50/hr (all locations)

Your Role At TUMI As part of our Retail team, the Holiday Sales Associate is responsible for creating a client experience that accurately reflects the ethos of our brand while building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales through outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT, and client data capture.
Take pride in work and strive for excellence.
Take responsibility for performance.
Embody the company culture of coaching through fostering an elite and skilled team environment and providing constructive feedback.
Demonstrate organizational core values and openness to new ideas.
Exercise strong verbal and written skills; use active listening and adapt communication to audience.
Collaborate effectively with others; remain calm and deescalate situations.
Manage personal timecards, complete assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and adhere to company policies.
Ensure visual merchandising compliance and a consistent superior client experience.
Qualifications
Deep passion for the TUMI brand and the luxury lifestyle market.
Strong sales and client experience, preferably in luxury retail.
Proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPIs.
Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, mornings, and holidays.
Strong sense of integrity and ability to lead by example.
Physical ability to lift and move products up to 30 pounds and use ladders as needed.
