Description We are looking for an Industrial Sales Representative to partner with the sales team and drive business development. Your primary responsibilities will include new customer prospecting, growing existing accounts, setting appointments, listening to prospects, creating solutions, developing proposals, and closing business. All of this will be accomplished by you and a strong existing support team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Two plus years of sales experience preferred, but not required

Industrial and/or Warehousing sales experience preferred but not required

Proficient at client outreach and relationship building

Territory: Nashville, TN, Memphis, TN, and Little Rock, AR. You must have the capacity to cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the designated region, demonstrating a strong ability to drive sales and meet targets.

Skilled at developing relationships with internal and external partners to execute projects.

Willingness to make prospecting and follow‑up sales calls via telephone, email, social media, and in person.

Ability to follow up on leads and move to the next phase of the sales cycle.

Capacity to prospect and identify new targets.

Strong work ethic, including the ability to work unsupervised.

Demonstrates passion, ambition, and a strong desire to excel.

Excellent listening skills to uncover needs and act in a consulting capacity.

Skilled in pipeline management and the ability to accurately forecast opportunities.

Passionate, motivated, and hungry to succeed.

Strong skills using MS Office Suite, CRM software, and social media.

Limited travel.

Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree preferred; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.

Math Skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
