Associate Account Executive Type of Work: Full-Time, Field-Based Location: Central & South IL Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday The candidate must have reliable transportation and must be able to travel 100% of the time throughout their designated region.

Who You Are As a Wholesale Associate Account Executive, you will be an integral part of Curaleaf’s Wholesale Team. You will be responsible for building relationships with Dispensary Staff, educating them on Curaleaf products, gathering field intel, conducting store audits, promoting, marketing, selling, and managing Curaleaf brands and products to existing and potential licensed dispensary customers within the assigned territory. You will also identify opportunities within each account, and ensure our products are represented in the best way possible. You will multi-task, prioritize, work quickly and efficiently, and be self‑motivated, thoughtful, and adaptable to change as needed. We seek contagious enthusiasm!

What You’ll Do

Build rapport with the dispensary influencers to drive business at all levels, customer sizes, and types

Educate store employees on products, services, features, pricing, and upcoming events

Position and merchandise our products in a visually appealing manner

Work closely with Account Executives and State Leads – you will be their eyes and ears in the field

Collect store audits and activation data

Submit recaps, detailing on‑site sales, consumer feedback, competitive intel, etc. to the sales team

Schedule and set up in‑store and community appointments and activations

Attend events and trade shows

What You’ll Bring

At least 1 year of experience as a brand ambassador or sales representative

An energetic, outgoing, friendly, and personable attitude, able to connect with customers quickly

You’re a road warrior, able to travel 100% of the time

A team‑player attitude: you constantly demonstrate reliability, passion, and dedication

You are self‑motivated and self‑sufficient, you thrive in fast‑paced environments

You are tech savvy, able to operate Microsoft Office, computers, spreadsheets, and mobile devices

You have open availability and flexibility to work late afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays

You have some experience as a brand ambassador, sales associate, or territory manager

Even Better If You Have

Previous cannabis industry experience

Previous experience as a brand or territory manager

Illinois Hiring Range: $55,000—$60,000 USD
