Strong litigation skills, including depositions, hearings, and trials (minimum 3 trials resulting in Findings & Award).

Excellent written and oral advocacy, attention to detail, and client communication skills.

Spanish bilingual skills highly valued (but not required).

Must live within a reasonable commute to Oakland and have reliable transportation for local travel to WCAB offices and depositions.

Preferred Experience & Benefits

Handling catastrophic injury, total permanent disability, or death benefit cases.

Demonstrated ability to achieve high‑value settlements while maintaining empathy for clients.

Total compensation: $120,000–$200,000+ with generous performance‑based bonuses.
