Job Purpose The Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting will assist with the planning, organization, and preparation of the company’s external financial statements and SEC filings (including Forms 10‑Q and 10‑K) as well as other filings related to corporate transactions. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Consolidations and Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the development of the filing calendar, coordinating reviews by internal personnel, disclosure committee, audit committee, and external auditors.
Prepare external financial reporting, including financial statements, footnotes, XBRL tagging review, and other disclosures.
Coordinate collection of supporting documentation from various departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Work with external and internal auditors to provide required information for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
Validate, corroborate, and tie‑out data with supporting documentation for all external reporting activities.
Research new Accounting Standards Updates and assess their impact on external financial statements.
Maintain supporting work papers related to Sarbanes‑Oxley 404 compliance for the financial reporting group.
Assist with ad‑hoc reporting, research, or document preparation as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
3+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
CPA preferred.
Experience with OneStream preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills.
Highly driven and self‑starter.
