Essential Functions
Operate machines and equipment such as mixers, slicers, ovens, etc. Maintain clean and sanitary work surfaces and equipment. Follow safety procedures to avoid burns and injuries when working with equipment. Follow recipes and accurately mix, measure, and combine ingredients; monitor overall quality during the baking process. Inspect food products to ensure raw materials meet high quality standards. Establish daily production quotas. Decorate baked goods with icings, toppings, and glaze for a professional appearance. Store baking utensils and supplies properly. Order more supplies or notify management when more ingredients or products are needed. Be creative in crafting and decorating pastries. Perform open and closing duties within the bakery. Contribute to customer satisfaction by producing quality bakery items. Report maintenance issues or defective equipment to management immediately. Promote an environment of cooperation and teamwork with all departments. Support compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those related to underage and intoxicated guests. Maintain law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior. Complete job duties with minimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance, and exercise good judgment. Job duties and other duties may be added or changed at any time. Qualifications
Must hold a valid gaming license in accordance with the Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission. Must wear slip-resistant shoes. Must complete all company-required training within designated time frames. Schedule varies. Additional Details
