Job Responsibilities
Drive profitable sales growth by prospecting new accounts and retaining existing customers.
Develop and maintain strong sales relationships with key decision‑makers across all levels.
Manage sales volume with existing customers while actively acquiring new customers.
Collaborate with leadership to analyze market trends and customer needs for effective sales strategies.
Represent the organization in local trade shows and national activities as necessary.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of business‑to‑business (B2B) field sales experience.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote position.
Knowledge of facilities products such as hardware, electrical, lighting, plumbing, janitorial, and HVAC.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce or similar CRM software.
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline with 2‑5 years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Direct sales experience to HD Supply facility customers.
Bilingual abilities.
Experience with a large volume of product lines.
Familiarity with consultative selling/solution selling techniques.
Organizational skills and tech‑savvy.
