What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and maintain strong sales relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers
Manage sales volume with existing customers while actively prospecting and acquiring new customers
Implement plans to expand business presence in the assigned area
Share market insights and competitor information to foster collaborative partnerships
Collaborate with leadership to analyze market trends and customer needs for effective sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must reside within the assigned territory
Minimum of 3 years of business‑to‑business (B2B) field sales experience
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote position
Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce, or similar CRM
Typically requires a BS/BA in a related discipline with 2‑5 years of experience in a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with direct sales to HD Supply facility customers and industry product lines
Bilingual proficiency
Familiarity with facilities products (MRO)
Experience with consultative selling/solution selling
Strong organizational skills and tech‑savviness
