As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact and will be responsible for setting appointments for prospective clients. You will help maintain and grow the Acquisition brand through professional and high-integrity interactions with prospects. Responsibilities

Establish and nourish new relationships with prospects Maintain a clear and clean pipeline of weekly leads in the CRM Coordinate with SDR manager on new ways to attract clients and clear blockers in the process Follow up extensively with leads over prolonged periods Understand, meet and exceed targets, KPIs, and critical success factors Available M-F to hit call targets, email nurture, and prospect as needed Rotate AM/PM shifts to vary outreach times Attend one training/feedback session per week with the SDR coach Research client websites and social media to tailor outbound messaging Review assigned accounts to find missing information Assess engagement among prospects and companies Qualify prospects What We Offer

Must be located in one of the registered states: AZ, CA, FL, GA, IN, MD, MI, MN, NV, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT Efficient with Facebook and general social media platforms Excellent communication skills and exceptional on the phone Great at presenting and building rapport Open to learning new processes in sales Self-sufficient and able to manage one’s own time Well organized with a pipeline observable by the SDR Lead and SDR Manager 6 months+ experience in an SDR/BDR role Location

Remote, USA Must be located in one of the registered states: AZ, CA, FL, GA, IN, MD, MI, MN, NV, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT Days & Hours

6 days a week 9:00-19:00 EST or 8:00-18:00 PST Compensation

65k Base Salary + Uncapped Commission OTE $75k-$85k range Benefits
