Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across Central/North Florida. This is a remote role that requires living in or near Orlando or Central Florida. As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll manage key accounts, identify and close new business opportunities, and represent our brand in the residential and commercial glazing and construction markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, grow, and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and distributors.
Promote and sell architectural glass, residential shower enclosures, and mirrors to new and existing customers.
Identify new sales opportunities and create strategies to expand market share.
Set and achieve regional sales goals aligned with company objectives.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (estimating, production, and customer service) to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget targets.
Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and client site visits.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of sales experience (preferably in the glass, glazing, or commercial construction industry).
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Willingness to travel across Central and North Florida (including overnight trips).
Glass industry experience preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a plus!
