Business Development Manager

to help expand their client base and strengthen their market presence. Position Overview The

Business Development Manager

will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new project opportunities across commercial glazing and façade systems. This person will develop strategic relationships with

architects, general contractors, and developers , helping position the company as a trusted partner for both design-assist and design-build projects. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to drive new business and expand existing accounts. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the architectural and construction communities. Collaborate with estimating and project management teams during the preconstruction phase to position proposals for success. Attend pre-bid meetings, presentations, and industry networking events to represent the company. Track project pipelines, market trends, and competitor activity to support growth initiatives. Partner closely with leadership to align business development efforts with company goals. Qualifications

5–10+ years of experience in

architectural glazing, façade systems, or related building envelope sales/business development . Established network within

architectural firms, GCs, and developers

in the Mid-Atlantic region. Strong understanding of glazing systems including

curtainwall, storefront, window wall, ACM panels, sunshades, louvers, and decorative facades . Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing long-term partnerships. Why This Role
