We are looking for an energetic individual to join our team as a Junior Inside Sales Rep to work with one of our Seafood Distribution clients.
The ideal candidate would be a very energetic individual who has worked in Sales managing accounts. (not seafood exp needed)
Job Details Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr
Compensation structure: base salary + performance-based bonus. Total compensation package $65,000 - $105,000 per year (salary plus bonus and benefits).
Location: onsite at Medley, FL (either of two locations)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, onsite, direct hire.
Responsibilities
Generates high volume of sales to new and current customers while following price guidelines
Sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Researches accounts, identifying key players and market trends
Maintains and expands the database of prospects
Develops long term relationships with customers, identifying and servicing their needs
Strong phone presence and experience making hundreds of calls per day
Experience working with CRM software
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Qualifications
Energetic individual with experience in sales managing accounts
