Responsibilities:
Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads. Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market. Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sales between buyers and sellers to achieve desired results. Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction. Assist clients in buying and selling properties. Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values. Be all in for our mentorship program. Show properties to potential buyers. Guide clients through the process of completing real estate transactions. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals in the industry. Stay updated on real estate market trends and changes in real estate law. Negotiate contracts and terms of purchase or sale on behalf of clients. Qualifications:
Candidate should have a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred. Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car. Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success. 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience. Experience with the local real estate market and general trends. Compensation:
$75,000+ at plan commission.
