Are you a driven sales professional with a strong track record in B2B and B2C sales? Do you thrive on developing lasting partnerships and achieving commercial growth? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Professional to join our team covering the South West region. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting our Cylinder Distribution Centres (CDCs) and our broader network of partners and retailers to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Commercial Growth: Develop and deliver local commercial plans to increase volume and margin for our CDC sites.

Manage Key Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with network partners, retailers, and direct customers.

Business Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans, including ongoing review of growth plans and retention strategies.

Performance Delivery: Achieve key sales, margin, and retention targets aligned to the cylinder network’s broader commercial objectives.

Contract & Compliance Management: Ensure all partner and retailer agreements are up to date and aligned with network protection strategies.

Campaign Implementation: Launch and manage data-driven sales campaigns, including customer win‑back and new acquisition initiatives.

Operational Collaboration: Work closely with CDC site leads to align commercial strategies with operational execution and asset management.

CRM & Tech Utilisation: Maximise the use of sales tools and systems (including CRM) to enhance sales performance and reporting.

Network Optimisation: Support renegotiations and owner changes, contributing to wider simplification and efficiency initiatives.

About You

Demonstrated B2B and B2C sales success, including negotiation and customer retention.

Strong commercial acumen with experience in developing and executing strategic plans.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Proven ability to influence change and deliver results in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

IT proficiency and confidence using CRM systems and reporting tools.

Flexibility to travel within the region, including occasional overnight stays.
