Responsibilities
Manage project budgets and schedules.
Communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Produce and review design and construction documents.
Coordinate documentation from design through construction documents and construction administration.
Work in teams of 2 or more architects.
Lead and collaborate on projects.
Maintain multi‑tasking and time‑management across several projects.
Qualifications
4 to 7 years of experience, preferably in high‑end residential.
Familiarity with project management aspects: budgets, schedules, communications.
Experience with high‑end residential work: apartments, townhouses, or single‑family homes.
Experience working with teams of 2 or more architects.
Leadership and collaboration skills.
Strong communication skills with architects, contractors, consultants.
Graduate‑level degree with courses in history of architecture and traditional design methods.
Fluency in AutoCAD and high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Google SketchUp and/or Revit is highly regarded.
Preferred Skills
Freehand drawing and hand drafting.
Rendering skills in watercolor, marker, pencil or other media.
