Oversee the Kids Like Us Program (KLU), a unique service targeting high‑risk youth impacted by parental or caregiver substance use disorders. Utilize art‑therapy principles to provide a supportive group environment and ensure program fidelity. Coordinate, train, supervise mental health professionals, and provide annual training to collaborating school counselors. Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise program activities. Train and evaluate subordinate mental health professionals. Develop and deliver training for school counselors. Represent the department in cooperative relationships with schools and other agencies. Maintain program fidelity and compliance with grant requirements. Minimum Qualifications
High school graduation or equivalent. Three years of experience coordinating health‑related programs or referring individuals to government and private resources. Optionally, 30 college credits may substitute for required experience. Military service as a commissioned officer in Health Care Administration or Civil Affairs Specialist may substitute for experience and education. Preferred Qualifications
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Clinical Professional Art Therapist with experience working with youth. Selection Process
