Senior Sustainability Sales Executive – Schneider Electric
We’re looking for an experienced sales executive to drive sustainable solutions across the Public Sector in California. In this role you will build relationships, deliver high‑impact solutions, and lead the development of strategies that help public entities reduce energy costs and improve performance.
Location:
California (U.S.)
Compensation:
$77,680 – $116,520 per year plus uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and build new client relationships through research and community outreach.
Develop lead‑generation campaigns to prospect and build new business.
Lead internal teams and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives.
Engage executive‑level prospects and present to C‑Suite clients.
Develop strategic and tactical plans to move prospects to clients.
Network within relevant vertical markets and industry organizations to educate and expand opportunities, positioning Schneider as the industry leader.
Negotiate pricing and contracts for large, complex infrastructure improvements.
Facilitate industry events and other outreach activities.
Qualifications
4‑year college degree and direct sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding significant sales goals.
Experience closing complex service and/or solution sales, not primarily product sales.
Proven ability to initiate and close high‑volume sales at C‑Suite or equivalent executive level with public sector clients.
