Hybrid in Atlanta or Seattle. Remote candidates within the United States may be considered. Your Daily Adventures Will Include
Coach sellers 1:1 and in groups on call execution, deal strategy, and opportunity management. Partner with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted coaching plans that move the needle. Design and deliver training programs aligned with Outreach’s go-to-market strategy and selling techniques (consultative selling, closing & negotiation, presentation & communication, facilitation, objections, etc.). Leverage data and call insights to personalize coaching and measure performance improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, revenue ops, and enablement peers to create a seamless learning journey. Drive adoption of Outreach best practices and showcase selling techniques. Our Vision of You
3+ years of experience in sales enablement, coaching, or training within SaaS or B2B sales. Proven success coaching quota-carrying sellers to achieve and exceed revenue goals. Expertise in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, Sandler, BANT or similar). Ability to create engaging learning experiences — from role-plays to workshops to digital content. Comfort working with data and call analytics to inform coaching decisions. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence without authority. Why You’ll Love It Here
