What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build and execute an Annual Business Plan for each assigned customer within the territory
Develop measurable volume, promotion, and distribution plans to achieve sales objectives
Ensure merchandising, assortment, pricing, and shelving objectives are met consistently
Facilitate presentations with customers during category reviews, engaging brokers and distributors for support
Monitor weekly and monthly sales performance to ensure delivery of customer business plans
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent
5+ years of sales experience within the CPG industry
Strong selling negotiation skills and key account management experience
Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills for both customers and internal teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior broker and distributor management experience
Strong analytical thinking and capability to use syndicated data
Category and brand knowledge preferred
Ability to penetrate and conduct meetings at high levels
Exceptional problem‑solving and conflict management skills
