Associate's Degree
1+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a busy office
Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Office Suite
Advanced skills calendaring
Redtail CRM experience preferred
This position requires that you possess the following skills:
Ability to prioritize projects and manage time
Excellent communication – both verbal and written
Self-directed initiative
A desire for continuous learning
Detail oriented with a sharp eye for detail
Ability to adhere to complex regulatory and compliance requirements
Responsibilities:
Assisting the Owners in managing the firm wide offices to exceed excellent and regulatory expectations include:
Managing the owners calendars and emails continuously throughout the day
Screen and direct phone calls and emails, respond to inquiries, and coordinate correspondence on behalf of the owners
Greet guests in a friendly, positive, and warm manner
Book all travel arrangements
Prepare PowerPoint presentations
Regular support for the owners with personal errands and tasks outside of standard office work
Keep database up to date and accurate
Assist with expense reports
Ensure owners are organized and prepared for all team and client meetings
Plans, manages, and executes special projects
Assist with events and client networking
Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Prepare owners for speaking engagements
Maintain confidential information
Personal errands for the owners
Responsive to emails, texts and phone all outside normal business hours
Various industry specific tasks
$60k/year+ based on experience
Health insurance (employer pays a portion)

Flexible working hours: 45 hours/week, must be available outside normal business hours
