Litigation Associate

The Work
Handle litigation from inception through resolution
Conduct client interviews, depositions, discovery, and motion practice
Participate in case strategy, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
Collaborate with a tight-knit, high-performing legal team
The Ideal Candidate
2+ years of insurance defense experience preferred
Admitted and in good standing with the California Bar
Eager to transition to plaintiff-side contingency work
Comfortable working fully in-office in Los Angeles and appearing regularly in court
Motivated, organized, and ready to take initiative
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $150,000–$200,000 (DOE)
Bonuses: Annual performance bonuses + lucrative case origination bonuses
Health Insurance: Blue Shield of California Platinum PPO (employee fully covered)
401(k): 3% match after one year
