Financial Analyst, Supply Chain FP&A – Conagra Brands
We are looking for a Financial Analyst – Supply Chain FP&A to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. This is a hybrid remote/in-office role: Tuesday – Thursday onsite and remote on Mondays and Fridays.
As the
Financial Analyst – Supply Chain FP&A , reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support the financial planning and analysis processes for Supply Chain, focusing on Donations, Disposals, and Distressed Sales (DDD) reporting and forecasting platform administration and support. You will also provide relevant insights to management and drive activities such as annual planning, monthly forecasting, metrics development, and period close.
What You’ll Do
Lead reporting and analysis for Donations, Disposals, and Distressed Sales (DDD), including month‑end reporting and partnering with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve inquiries.
Administer and support Supply Chain’s forecasting software and assist Plant and Platform Finance teams throughout the forecasting process.
Prepare and compile annual operating and strategic plans; update monthly forecasts and communicate relevant insights and risk guidance to partners.
Contribute to month‑end and quarter‑end close activities and provide financial analysis and modeling for pricing, product development, and competitive analysis.
Drive cost‑savings and maintain metrics, scorecards, and reporting.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2+ years of business or financial experience
Knowledge of P&L management, financial systems, and general accounting concepts
Experience with MS Office Suite, Power BI, and SAP
Ability to adapt to change, operate in ambiguity, collaborate across teams, and communicate analytical findings to different audiences
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to use data and benchmarking to develop practical solutions
Compensation Pay Range: $63,000 – $93,000
