Rate : PAEOP - Level C
Hours : 8 hours per day
Schedule : Monday - Friday
Calendar : 260-Day
Job Overview The purpose of this position is to provide support for the school/department, including a variety of accounting and payroll duties. The role is technical, requiring minimal supervision. Responsibilities include maintaining a computer database for applicants, employees, and students; auditing, analyzing, and verifying payroll and accounting for accuracy; preparing batches for payment; producing monthly reports and fund transfers; reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy; investigating and resolving payroll-related questions; working with multiple clients such as administrators, office managers, teachers, vendors, banks, state agencies, parents, and other district personnel; researching, auditing, processing, and maintaining documents for governmental, budget, and board reporting; enrolling and withdrawing students; and maintaining various budget accounts.

Education and Testing

Candidate must pass a clerical assessment for this position if considered for hire. Assessments are by invitation only. Upon consideration, applicants will be contacted to schedule a test.
