Base Pay Range:

$100,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Secure new business and manage a sales area independently, often remotely from Kestra main offices.

Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and performance‑based objectives.

Build and develop trusted partner relationships with key accounts and stakeholders in a professional and ethical manner.

Provide training, ongoing product service and support, and assistance in the reimbursement process.

Prepare quarterly business plans and present to Regional Sales Leadership.

Coordinate patient interaction with Clinical Advisors and Customer Care team.

Work closely with leadership across the Sales and Marketing Teams to implement market strategies.

Manage the sales cycle from introduction to product delivery.

Maintain records, sales data, and a positive client relationship pipeline.

Adhere to the Pledge of Confidentiality regarding patient information.

Attend key exhibits and conventions as required.

Respond to client issues and complaints in a timely manner.

Requirements

5+ years of successful medical device sales experience.

3+ years of outside sales experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Must reside in the assigned territory and have a valid driver’s license; able to drive and complete an MVR.

Strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Teams.

Post‑offer credentialing for hospital system entry, including vaccination status, background checks, drug screening, and completion of required courses (HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogens, Electrical/Fire Safety).

Preferred

Experience calling Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, or Cath Lab professionals.

Understanding of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) process flow.

Knowledge of the cardiac care landscape and customer decision‑making processes.

Internal candidates with consistent performance and aligned sales experience may also be considered.

Supervisory Responsibilities None.

Work Environment

Fast‑paced field role with frequent travel and varied clinical settings.

Typical noise volume of field or clinical environments.

Extended hours may be required based on business needs.

Kestra maintains a drug‑free workplace and may require testing post‑offer.

Physical Demands

Frequent repetitive motions (wrists, hands, fingers).

Standing or sitting for prolonged periods; frequent computer and phone use.

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted.

Travel Frequent domestic travel by car and/or air, up to 90% of the time.

Other Duties Duties may change or new ones may be assigned as needed.
