1. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Marketing Assistant
to support marketing execution and coordination between the U.S. and global teams. The ideal candidate will assist in event organization, campaign execution, and day-to-day marketing operations to enhance brand presence and ensure seamless collaboration across regions.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional to gain hands-on experience in
brand marketing, event management, and cross-border coordination
within a global consumer electronics company.
2. Key Responsibilities A. Event and Exhibition Coordination
Support the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and brand events, including booth setup, logistics, and vendor coordination.
Prepare and manage materials such as samples, displays, and promotional items.
Handle on-site coordination, visitor engagement, and post-event reporting.
B. Marketing Campaign Execution
Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Coordinate creative content, media assets, and publishing schedules.
Support social media and digital marketing initiatives, including basic content updates.
Track campaign performance and compile data reports.
C. Cross-Team Coordination
Facilitate communication between the U.S. marketing team and the international headquarters.
Track project progress and ensure timelines, deliverables, and branding consistency are met.
Support the preparation of marketing materials and presentations for internal and external use.
D. Administrative Support
Manage marketing data, spreadsheets, and reports for tracking campaign performance.
Support procurement, documentation, and logistics processes.
Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.
3. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Experience:
0–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, event coordination, or related roles (internship experience acceptable).
Skills:
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with marketing or CRM tools a plus.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
Language:
Fluency in English required;
Chinese language proficiency preferred
for communication with global teams.
Personality:
Proactive, reliable, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
4. Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range:
USD 50,000 – 65,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications).
Bonus:
Annual performance-based bonus.
Benefits:
