Overview
Join Our Team as a Wholesale Account Executive! We’re seeking a strategic & results driven Wholesale Account Executive to join our growing Wholesale team. In this role, you’ll manage and grow key wholesale accounts across major, specialty, and off price channels, develop strong client relationships, and work cross-functionally with internal teams in both the US & Brazil. You’ll be an integral part of driving sales performance, shaping account strategies, and ensuring flawless execution aligned with our brand vision. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily business needs of the wholesale team and your designated accounts, ensuring consistent, high-quality service and execution. Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key account contacts while representing the brand’s values and strategic goals. Analyze account performance, identify growth opportunities, and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales plans and financial targets. Identify untapped business potential within existing accounts and recommend actionable solutions to grow revenue. Partner closely with teams across design, merchandising, planning, production, and finance to align on strategy, deliverables, and timelines. Provide insights and product feedback from accounts to design and leadership to support future development and planning. Represent Schutz with professionalism and enthusiasm internally and externally, championing our brand values, product, and point of view. Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of relevant wholesale experience within fashion, footwear, or a related industry. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment. Deep understanding of the contemporary fashion/footwear market and competitive landscape. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional organization and time-management skills; able to prioritize and multitask effectively. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (functions & formulas), PowerPoint, Word, NuOrder, and Skypad. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail; confident working with numbers and retail math (markup, sell through, gross margin). Comfortable traveling 1–3x per year based on business needs. Must be available to work in-office with flexibility for remote work as needed. A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to solving problems and driving business forward.
