We’re on the hunt for a driven, detail oriented, and relationship savvy Wholesale Account Executive to power the continued growth of our US Arezzo wholesale business with a strong focus on specialty and .com accounts across the U.S. This is more than a sales role, it’s your chance to play a key role in shaping the future of one of Brazil’s most iconic footwear & handbag brands as we expand in the US market. You’ll partner across merchandising, operations, and marketing to build strong client relationships, unlock growth opportunities, and champion our product to retailers who love great design as much as we do. Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale partners, with a focus on specialty and .com channels, to drive customer satisfaction and long term retention. Analyze sales data and account performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and implement strategic initiatives to meet sales goals. Support seasonal merchandising efforts by curating product assortments for the U.S. market and assisting with market setup during sell-in periods. Partner cross-functionally with internal teams including merchandising, planning, and operations to ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery. Manage submission of copy and imagery to wholesale partners, ensuring timely and accurate delivery aligned with partner requirements and drop-ship timelines. Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and foster new client relationships. Collaborate with the global marketing team and external agencies to develop and deliver creative assets for wholesale marketing campaigns. Lead engaging product presentations and training sessions for wholesale accounts; coordinate contests, sales incentives, and brand ambassador programs. Oversee and track samples for Footwear and Handbags, ensuring efficient organization and timely coordination. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in a similar role (e.g., Assistant Wholesale Account Executive) within a wholesale or sales environment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals; strong sales acumen and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Self motivated & results-driven; comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including functions and formulas), PowerPoint, Word, NuOrder, and Skypad. Strong understanding of retail math (markup, sell-through, gross margin). Ability to travel as needed based on business demands. Availability to work in-office with flexibility for remote work as needed.
