Join the November 2025 class of Licensed Insurance Sales Representatives and help customers protect what matters most. In this role, you will respond to calls coming into our call center by promoting Farmers insurance products to prospective customers, consulting with customers to understand their needs, and selling those products which best fit the customer’s needs. You may also make outbound calls to optimize sales potential. Competitive compensation : Our model includes guaranteed minimum annual base pay of $43,000 (depending on skills and experience), a competitive benefits package plus an uncapped performance-based incentive, with potential to increase earnings. Top performers can earn significant commissions. What You’ll Bring 1+ years of experience in sales (retail, hospitality, or other industries) Proven ability to meet quotas, metrics and goals Drive to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Desire for a long-term career within the insurance industry Proven initiative, problem-solving, and task prioritization Direct sales skills and ability to influence customers and close sales Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex policy and coverage information clearly Must be eligible to obtain resident/non-resident property and casualty license in required states Responsibilities Sell insurance products to inbound callers by gathering data to generate quotes and bind the business; may include outbound calls Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships while educating customers on coverages and costs to help select the most appropriate option Qualify customers for cross-sell and upsell opportunities Navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with customers You'll Thrive Here If You Are Self-motivated and goal-oriented Customer-focused with empathy Tech-savvy and adaptable Coachable and curious Accountable and reliable Location & Schedule Office location:
700 Quaker Lane Suite 300, Warwick, RI 02886 Initial training may require in-office attendance, with required days varying by business need. After training, you’ll transition to a hybrid work model (in-office three days per week, virtual two days). Shifts may vary; most teams are in-office Monday–Wednesday. Work Schedule Our priority is our customers, and we work non-traditional hours to match their needs. Candidates must be available to work any shifts within the hours below, including evenings, Saturdays, and holidays. Shifts are assigned based on business needs. Department Hours Training Hours 9:00 am – 5:30 pm EST Monday–Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm EST Rotational Saturdays 8:00 am – 5:30 pm EST Full-time – 40 hours/week; five 8-hour shifts per week.
