Partner Account Manager North Italy in Milan

To accelerate our global expansion and expand our brand presence, we are looking for a motivated Partner Account Manager (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week to start immediately or as soon as possible for the area of North Italy in Milan. This role will report directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy.
Please note: This will be a contract employment.
Tasks
Identify and continuously supervise and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in North Italy.
Accompany the onboarding of new partners and build a successful relationship.
Organize and supervise online training for our sales partners and implement the Hornetsecurity partner program.
Conclude partner business plans and always keep an eye on the successful development of your sales partners and distribution.
Participate at fairs and partner events and present our solutions.
Create fore‑casts and define concrete measures to ensure that the targets in Italy are achieved.
Internally work with teams such as Sales or Marketing; externally represent the company as a personal contact person.
Update the CRM with relevant customer and deal information every week.
Requirements
Solid IT knowledge through your education or a comparable qualification – ideally in IT security or cloud services.
At least five years of professional experience in IT with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
Relevant experience dealing with sales partners and distributors in Italy and a proven ability to develop partners strategically and economically.
Talent for communication, competent and confident in dealing with partners and customers.
High willingness to travel and enjoy convincing customers and partners of Hornetsecurity services in presentations and negotiations.
Your winning personality in convincing customers and enjoyment of working in an international team.
Fluent in English and Italian – both written and verbal.
Motivate yourself with your own successes and pursue quarterly goals with passion.
Organizational talent and know how to set priorities in favor of the Hornetsecurity Group.
