A licensed outpatient substance use disorder treatment center is seeking a
Program Director
to oversee clinical and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with both clinical expertise and strategic vision, capable of driving growth and ensuring compliance with OASAS regulations.
Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing all clinical treatment services and ensuring quality assurance
Maintaining compliance with OASAS regulations and best practices
Supervising licensed clinicians, counselors, and peers
Leading utilization reviews, incident management, and program evaluations
Driving business development initiatives and identifying growth opportunities
Managing performance metrics and implementing process improvements
Representing the organization at community and industry events
Ideal Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a clinical field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Nursing, etc.)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a substance use disorder treatment setting
At least 1 year in a supervisory or administrative leadership role
Licensed or certified (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, CASAC, CRC, Ph.D., MSN, or equivalent)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Experience in business development or program expansion preferred
Salary : $100k - $135k/Year
