- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and provide timely solutions.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish) are a plus but not required.
