Overview

Evening position available at the WCJC Richmond Campus. The Continuing Education (CE) Instructor is responsible for providing the most effective instruction possible in phlebotomy. You will work under appropriate supervision to ensure that instruction meets the educational needs of all students. Classes are offered during daytime, evenings, weekends, and some college holidays at various times and locations throughout the academic year, including other campuses and offsite sites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality phlebotomy instruction to students.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver course material for CE classes.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback.
• Maintain a safe and compliant learning environment.
• Coordinate with supervisors to align instruction with departmental goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of current full‑time experience as a phlebotomy technician.
• Valid criminal background check.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.
