HR Generalist - Contract to Hire (Onsite)
Agoura Hills, CA
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
$35-$36 per hour
We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist for our client in Agoura Hills! This is an onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity with a stable, growing company. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, has strong HR administrative and employee relations experience, and enjoys working in a collaborative, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
- Assist with payroll processing and employee record maintenance
- Handle employee relations, performance management support, and policy compliance
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure confidentiality of all employee data
- Support HR projects and process improvements as needed
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required - both verbal and written
- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
- Knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience with Paylocity or Workday highly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skill
