HR Specialist - Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (Hybrid - Northridge, CA)
Pay: $31-$32 per hour
We're looking for a passionate and experienced HR Specialist with a strong background in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) for our client in Northridge, CA. This is a hybrid position, offering an excellent balance between remote flexibility and in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support and facilitate DEI initiatives across the organization to foster an inclusive and equitable workplace.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to promote programs that strengthen company culture and belonging.
- Assist in developing, coordinating, and delivering employee training sessions, particularly in areas related to DEI, culture, and engagement.
- Partner with internal communications and organizational development teams to align DEI strategies with company goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and metrics to track program effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field).
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant area such as HR, organizational culture, internal communications, or inclusion efforts.
- Hands-on experience supporting or facilitating DEI programs within an organization.
- Proven ability to deliver or support employee training and development initiatives.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
