Our Performance Partner team's purpose is to elevate manager and leader capability in driving a high performance culture while ensuring that the employee experience is centered in compassion and is fair for everyone. The Performance Partner team is part of the People Experience Team within our People & Places organization. The People Experience Team is transforming the employee experience by building AI‑assisted digital experiences and elevating the human partnership to provide the best support for the moments that matter. This role will report to the Senior Manager of our Performance Partner team. It has a U.S. case focus with learning opportunities to grow international experience. Candidates should be located near our Mountain View, CA, San Diego, CA, or Atlanta, GA offices. We have a hybrid work environment with three days per week in office.

Responsibilities

Guide managers and employees through performance, conduct and attendance related matters end-to-end

Partner with and influence P&P and business stakeholders to recommend outcomes that balance the needs of the business and employee experience

Leverage relevant playbooks, protocols, and requirements for case management and contribute to ongoing improvements

Build capability for managers and employees through casework

Drive team initiatives and projects and contribute to organizational priorities

Consistently apply Intuit’s policies and standards to situations

Qualifications

5+ years of HR Generalist or equivalent experience involving Performance management (e.g., HRBP/Employee relations)

Extreme ownership of execution and operational excellence, adopting best practices when partnering with managers, using metrics to assess employee experience, and being detail oriented in tracking work

Adaptive critical thinking, judgment, and analytical skills

Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with leaders, managers, and employees

Data‑driven mindset, including using data to better understand case and organizational insights

Ability to see situations from all perspectives, working through conflicts and concerns to get to the best possible outcomes for everyone involved

Learning and growth mindset, including understanding trends and continuously seeking to improve yourself and the experience for employees

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.

Expected base pay range for this position is: Bay Area, California: $122,500 – $165,500 Southern California: $107,500 – $145,500
