Senior Performance Partner – Intuit
Join Intuit’s People and Places team as a Senior Performance Partner. The Performance Partner team supports managers and leaders in driving a high‑performance culture while ensuring a compassionate and fair employee experience.
This role reports to the Senior Manager of the Performance Partner team. It focuses on U.S. cases with international learning opportunities and will be hybrid, with at least 3 days per week in Mountain View or San Diego.
Responsibilities
Guide managers and employees through performance, conduct, and attendance related matters end‑to‑end.
Partner with P&P and business stakeholders to recommend outcomes that balance business needs and employee experience.
Apply relevant playbooks, protocols, and case management requirements and contribute to ongoing improvements.
Build manager and employee capability through casework.
Drive team initiatives and projects and contribute to organizational priorities.
Consistently apply Intuit’s policies and standards to situations.
Qualifications
5+ years of HR Generalist or equivalent experience involving performance management (e.g., HRBP/Employee relations).
Extreme ownership of execution and operational excellence, adopting best practices, using metrics, and being detail‑oriented in tracking work.
Adaptive critical thinking, judgment, and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence; effective communication in writing and verbally with leaders, managers, and employees.
Data‑driven mindset, using data to understand case and organizational insights.
Ability to view situations from all perspectives, working through conflicts to achieve optimal outcomes.
Learning and growth mindset, continuously improving oneself and the employee experience.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package with strong pay‑for‑performance rewards. Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits per Intuit plans and programs. Pay ranges:
Bay Area, California: $122,500 – $165,500
Southern California: $107,500 – $145,500
Benefits include healthcare, 401(k), paid time off, and other standard Intuit benefits.
