Job Description
The isolved Recruiter works closely with the Lead Recruiter to ensure all quotas and goals are met. The recruiter collaborates with managers to forecast hiring needs and oversees the recruiting process for all departments they support. The recruiter brings deep experience in high‑volume, high‑performance roles, especially within the Information Technology domain, and is skilled in research, cold calling, warm calling, and internet recruiting. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with strong communication skills and an ethical, results‑oriented work style.
Core Job Duties
Meet with hiring managers to determine job duties and assist with writing job descriptions as needed.
Active engagement with social media or network sources to identify, interview, and select applicants for all positions.
Review applicants’ qualifications and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Source for future job openings.
List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels.
Call applicants and perform phone screens.
Invite applicants onsite for formal interviews.
Arrange for travel and lodging if necessary.
Interview applicants.
Assist with skills assessments.
Participate in final selection of applicant.
Create portfolio of possible candidates for hiring managers.
Check references.
Compose offer letters and assist with negotiation of salary and benefits.
Keep track of all applications for open roles.
Talk with civic, social, and other groups to provide information concerning job possibilities.
Forecast budgets for recruiting expenses.
Participate in implementing new recruiting technology, such as applicant tracking systems and screening tools.
Build pipeline and relationships with candidates.
Assist with onboarding of all new hires.
Other duties as assigned, including potentially recruiting for other areas of the company as needs require.
Minimum Qualifications
Proven recruiting experience in the full recruitment lifecycle.
Hands‑on experience with HCM or SaaS recruiting.
Familiarity with sales KPIs for high performance as hiring criteria is a plus.
Experience in formulating a hiring strategy.
Working knowledge of HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). Outstanding communication skills.
Excellent organizational ability.
BS in Business Management, HR or related field.
Hybrid Work Schedule
Hybrid schedule with team members expected to work in‑office three days per week (Tuesday through Thursday) at one of our office locations: Charlotte, NC; Phoenix, AZ; Sandy, UT; Springfield, MA; Freemont, IN; or Dubuque, IA.
